Health is the root of all happiness. If you do not have good health, will you be happy? If your body is not good then it can not be good for anything. So to keep the body healthy, we have to follow many rules. Which is very important for health.
Some handy tips to keep your health healthy.
One:
Never eat more when you sit down to eat. Eat a little, but a little later. Drink 8 glasses of water per day.
Two:
Eat a home-made meal at the office. Take a break from work. Because of the work to do the work continuously, there is a slight pressure on the body.
